DEKA STRONG is a fitness testing and assessment event features 10 DEKA Zones without any running.DEKA is for all levels of fitness with a common goal of improving exercise adherence and celebrating fitness.
What to expect…
10 stations, 10 disciplines: a relentless mix of movements designed to test your strength, endurance, and speed - for time, your DEKA Mark!
The DEKA Mark is a new standard of testing designed to establish an objective baseline of fitness that motivates us to consistently push our bodies. It’s standardized, allowing you to improve over time and compare your results to all DEKA athletes around the world.
Head-to-head heats and a live leaderboard: Race the clock and your rivals with real-time results.

Join us for our HYROX SIM to prepare for The World Series of Fitness Racing!
Gauge your race day readiness, build on your strengths, expose areas for improvement, refine pacing, optimize transitions, and hone your technique using official HYROX equipment and standards. Our HYROX SIM makes the rehearsal as close to the real event as possible, so nothing surprises you on race day!
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.Our HYROX SIM will incorporate all aspects of HYROX in a compressed, yet still challenging format!

Gryption Fitness is a hybrid fitness performance training club built around one thing: optimizing your performance. We specialize in race day preparation and hybrid sports performance across HYROX, DEKA, OCR, trail running, cycling, and road racing.
Our Events & Clinics
We host and hold a full calendar of competitive and developmental events:

We also actively support the OCR community, trail running clubs, cycling clubs, and local run clubs — because hybrid fitness doesn't stop at one discipline.
Our Coaches
Every Gryption coach is certified by nationally accredited organizations including ACE and NASM. That means science-backed training, movement assessment, injury prevention, and performance optimization — not guesswork. When you train or compete with us, you're working with professionals who know how to get you to the start line ready and the finish line faster.
We're Building Something
We're on a mission to build a community around the culture of hybrid fitness right here in Tifton, Georgia. This is more than training — it's a movement.
What We Are Not
We are not a gym. We don't offer memberships, open floor time, or general group fitness classes. And that's intentional — everything we do is performance-specific.
That said, we know and respect the broader fitness community. If your needs fall outside hybrid performance training, we'll gladly refer you to a trusted local gym or coach based on your goals and our performance assessment.

We don't do cookie-cutter. We don't do average. We bring elite-level sports performance coaching and hybrid training experience to every single event and session — and we don't stop until you're standing where you want to be, past the finish line and on that podium!
