    DEKA STRONG is a fitness testing and assessment event features 10 DEKA Zones without any running.

    DEKA is for all levels of fitness with a common goal of improving exercise adherence and celebrating fitness.

    What to expect…

    10 stations, 10 disciplines: a relentless mix of movements designed to test your strength, endurance, and speed - for time, your DEKA Mark!

    The DEKA Mark is a new standard of testing designed to establish an objective baseline of fitness that motivates us to consistently push our bodies. It’s standardized, allowing you to improve over time and compare your results to all DEKA athletes around the world.

    Head-to-head heats and a live leaderboard: Race the clock and your rivals with real-time results.

    Zone 1: 30 RAM Alt Reverse Lunge
    Zone 2: 500m Row
    Zone 3: 20 Box Jump/Step Overs
    Zone 4: 25 Med Ball Sit-up Throws
    Zone 5: 500m Ski Erg
    Zone 6: 100m Farmer's Carry
    Zone 7: 25-Calorie Air Bike
    Zone 8: 20 Dead Ball Wall-Overs
    Zone 9: 100m Tank Push/Pull
    Zone 10: 20 RAM Burpees

    DEKA is for all levels of fitness with a common goal of improving exercise adherence and celebrating fitness.

  • HYROX SIMULATION

    Join us for our HYROX SIM to prepare for The World Series of Fitness Racing!

    Gauge your race day readiness, build on your strengths, expose areas for improvement, refine pacing, optimize transitions, and hone your technique using official HYROX equipment and standards. Our HYROX SIM makes the rehearsal as close to the real event as possible, so nothing surprises you on race day!

    HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.

    Our HYROX SIM will incorporate all aspects of HYROX in a compressed, yet still challenging format!

    Burpee Broad Jumps, Run

What We Do & Who We Are

What we DO:
We are a hybrid fitness performance training club.
We specialize in optimizing hybrid sports performance.
We excel in race day preparation.
We hold DEKA events including: DEKA STRONG, MILE, & ATLAS
We host DEKA FIT Performance clinics.
We offer HYROX PFTs and SIMs.
We also support the OCR community, trail running, cycling clubs, and local run clubs!

Our coaches are certified by nationally-accredited organizations including ACE and NASM, bringing science-backed training methods to every event and session. They're qualified to assess movement patterns, prevent injury, and optimize your performance using trusted credentials recognized industry-wide. When you attend an event or train with us, you're working with professionals who have the expertise to help you reach your goals safely and effectively.

What we DON’T DO:
We are not a gym.
We do not offer memberships.
We are not open 24x7.
We do not provide basic group fitness training.

We do know many excellent coaches and local gyms that can help you with all your non-hybrid-specific and other fitness needs. We will be happy to refer you to a gym and/or coach that meets your specific needs based upon our performance assessment.
